I don't believe in astrology because it makes no sense to me, yet I have all (or at least most) of the characteristics of my sign. Do you have the characteristics of your sign?
That's a good one bird. Seriously, if you look at the other signs the characteristics may fit just as well! That being said, I also don't take astrology serious but I'm a gemini and it extremely fits me indeed
The thing about astrology signs and tarot as well is they explain much of what anybody and everybody can go through emotionally on any given day. I am not completely like my astrological signs but I still like to read the horoscopes and I love Chinese astrology. According to Chinese astrology my ex husband was the most compatible with me and he is the man I lived with the longest. We are still good friends as well.
If you're seriously going to look into astrology, you have to take into account the whole chart. A person's sun sign doesn't describe everything, just as 12 signs don't explain everyone's personality. For example I am a Gemini Sun. This makes me hyper, talkative, speedy, and two sided. I am a Capricorn Moon: I tend to handle emotions with logic. I can be cold and unfeeling. I am a Sagittarius Rising: I can appear somewhat blunt sometimes, I also enjoy the outdoors.
How do you know all aspects if you only know the date of birth? If your rising sign (don't know if I'm calling it right ) for example wouldn't be sagittarius you think you wouldn't enjoy the outdoors as you do now??
I also know the time of my birth. And A lot of my astrology I didn't discover until later in life, and they've always applied. My chart also has a lot of indications of the unique circumstances of my childhood, etc.
