i think that in this instance "27" is a euphemism for "like she recently severely misjudged eating a jam sandwich"
To be fair, I don't think the picture has anything to do with the advert. I also think it is red berries not blood. I have no idea why it is there. The ad seems to be trying to get you to buy two samples of two branded skin care lotions - and saying it is 'free' because you are only paying postage and packaging. I imagine the two samples easily go into an envelope, and they then pocket approx 2/3rds of the postage and packaging.

I filled out the form with phoney information, the only country you can select is the UK, and then it wants your credit card info for your "free" product...
I think it's going the other way, and saying the secret to that womans beauty is bathing in the blood of virgins, like Elizabeth Bathory. I myself am opposed to human sacrificed, but the world is overpopulated.
