i have the exact same van, but an '81 aircooled, you can't have a VW van that isn't aircooled. but good luck selling it, all my respect always---rabbit www.co-operativeeffort.com check out our site, and if you want to come be a part of this project, then don't sell your van and come on to cali.
Not sure what rabbit meant as ive had both the 81 air cooled vanagon as well as the later water cooled ones and I must say the water cooled ones are the ones to own if your gonna have any vw in my eyes. The 81 is a carry over from the prior setup with all its cooling cowls and such, the later simply have the same with no cowls and simple water jackets and they run much more consistant and with much more power. Would I own another vw van, no not for what I do. But they are still nice.
