Sick and tired of my gaudy drug store shower, I recently made my own fancy one. Pretty sweet.

I'm thinking about making a pile of them and selling them to dreadheads. Nice extra large ones that can contain a pile of locks.

What kind of shower caps do y'all use?

A good drug store cap runs $7 here. Do you think $10 for a fancy one is reasonable?

Why would you need a shower cap? I thought it was common practice to wash the dreads.

Because we don't usually wash our dreads every day but we do tend to shower everyday.

I use neck warmers you would use for the winter. They are very thin and stretchy material. Its just a tube though...m going to have to find something when i start to get some length...though that might be awhile.

Pretty sure mine was under $10 as well.

I think paying even $20 for something like that would be fair.

You only need one, take care of it, and thats that. Not that big of an investment if its over $10.

Totally reasonable. I think you should go for it. :)

Same here, and I have never had a problem with it getting wet.

Not all showers are created equal. I bend over for anything, my hair gets a soaking.
