    Hi ladies,
What would you think if your girlfriend's ex-husband gave you both chocolates for valentines day? This happened yesterday and we both think it is a bit creepy. Does he have an agenda or is he just being sweet?

It's completely dependent on your friendship with him. Is it out of character or not?

He's a man. Eat the chocolates.

I think people read too much into things on valentines day.

I think it's a sweet gesture - recognising the reality of the new situation and not wishing to favour one of you over the other.

I think it was inappropriate for him to get chocolates for either of you..
He should respect that it's a day for you and your girlfriend to share together

Valentines Day isn't a birthday though its a worldwide public event. How can it be inappropriate?

It sounds fishy. I am pretty sure he has an agenda. It sounds as if he wants to "join in". Watch out. :hide:
