No, they don't die of "disturbances," at least not by any reasonable interpretation of the word, save for some extreme examples you could probably come up with. A disease is far more than a "disturbance." A disturbance (in this case) is something like an upset stomach or perhaps nausea from realizing you just went down on something that's been in your asshole.

Salmonella is not something you get from yourself, so you're not going to get it from going down on something that's been in your butt. And humans don't even get sick from the strain of e. coli that inhabits our own bodies (the ones that make us sick are the strains that come from animal waste).

A lot of people have used the "you'll get sick and die" mantra about this subject for decades now, probably because they just don't know any better and assume (legitimately, really) that something like that must be true. I've *never* known anyone to get any kind of illness or significant tummy problems from doing ATM, though.

 

U cannot get sick from eating your own shit infact animals do it all the time because it is the best way to maximize your nutrition intake from your food by sending it through the digestion process again to be broken down further.
