What's a food dish that you're really good at making?

Supposedly, my shrimp scampi ain't bad. One time I made a dang good jägerschnitzel. I love my spinach and artichoke dip, but I pretty much love all spinach and artichoke dip.

I'm hungry, but I'm dieting. All I can do is dream of food, and then run upstairs and grab my skinny jeans that I haven't been able to wear since before the baby. Ain't nothing that taste as good as skinny feels.

 

Spaghetti Bolognese tis my speciality

 

Soup. All kinds of soup. My boyfriend and I have actually been discussing trying to get a small loan and a permit to be a sidewalk vendor in my town and sell our soups in the winter . They're quite good.

 

There's nothing quite like the comfort of hot soup in the winter.
Me? I don't know really. I like food (a lot) and cook all the time, don't do convenience food, so, choose one in particular that I'm good at? em .................... oh yeah, quite a new addition to the repertoire - spinach and gorgonzola lasagna. It's good but maybe just because it's new. I don't know.

 

Cheese toasties. *blush*

I like to make stew.

 

Would you mind sharing your recipe for your lasagna?

 

Spaghetti. I made my sauce from scratch for the first time EVER yesterday and it was absolutely hands down the best spaghetti I've ever eaten. I did use a recipe to get an idea of the basics I needed, but I mostly just winged it. I'm actually becoming a really really good cook and I love it.

I also almost know the Tollhouse cookie recipe like the back of my hand.

 

Lobsters. Or pancakes/blini.

 

Chili.

I make killer Chili.

spicy fries and chicken fingers. fuck yeah.

 

i warm up a mean can of chef boyardee.

 

I'm not bad at making grilled sandwiches; add tomato and onion yum yum!

When I wanna make "pasta" I'll usually just boil the pasta, then pop it in the microwave after I've added this crushed tomato paste stuff, along with maybe some mushrooms etc, and it comes up pretty good.

tonight will be pork trimmed well ..a few strips of beef ...and then shrimp and bean sprouts

 

..added chopped garlic...chipotle mrs dash seasonings and lots of fresh ground pepper :drool5:

 

I make awesome lasagna but my chili is pretty awesome too.

 

I intially read this as "Spaghetti Bologna tits"


I make a mean omlet. When I was a kid my dad sat me down and taught me how to make a good breakfast. "This will come in handy one day, son." I didn't know what he meant till years later. My home made Pizza is also pretty Ballin.

 

I LOVE balogna tits!

 

My signature dish is pan friend chicken with hedgehog mushrooms and bourbon sauce.

I also make a good meatloaf.
