Celexa interfering with your period?

    i was actually curious if your depression is anything like mine, and if you've been tried on any atypical antidepressants, like remeron or the tricyclics (although those can get iffy with heart rythms and such, but if you're on top of things there's no reason to worry)... SSRIs were terrible for me but i've had success with older meds

    I don't think I've been on anything but SSRI's. This is what I've taken so far (keep in mind this was over 15 years): Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Zyprexa, Effexor, Lithium, Trileptal, Abilify, Welbutrin and now Celexa. I've never heard of tricyclics. They diagnosed me with major depressive disorder and my symptoms are negative thoughts, suicidal thoughts, always tired, crying alot, loss of interest in everything, easily overwhelmed. If I didn't answer your question let me know. How long have you had depression? And are you currently on any medications? What has helped you? I'd love your input!
