ok so my friend has oral herpes (she got it from lip gloss samples in a store, nothing nasty) and i accidentaly shared a drink with her during an outbreak. She only took one sip of my drink and then i had the rest of it..
now i have a canker and a lot of small white nubs on the inside of my lower lip..they dont hurt or anything but im so paranoid
is it that easy to catch it and is this really anything
if anybody that actually knows anything has advice or whatever, that would be cool

Herpes is unfortunately that easy to catch. If your immune system is not at the best of it's ability, the virus will move right in. Canker sores are also caused by a virus which can be passed in the same fashion. If you are really worried about it, you should go get tested (for the herpes that is). There is nothing you can do about canker sores... they come and go.

    Good luck

Believe it or not, over 80% of the world's population has oral herpes. Most people get canker sores now and then; it's not a big deal and they have topical treatments to get rid of outbreaks. Most people don't have that many outbreaks in a given amount of time (I haven't had one in years), if you think you have more than usual, see your doc.

Oral herpes is not as omnimous as genital herpes. The genital region is more prone to complication via an outbreak, and depending on where the sores develop they can be more uncomfortable.
