I have some Dutch friends on another site who first told me about this stuff. It's derived from otc Codeine products available in eastern Europe, and amateur cooks use all sorts of dangerous, toxic chemicals to make it. Sort of like meth cooks here in the U.S. It's very potent, but the high doesn't last very long, so addicts go into withdrawal within a couple hours of shooting up. So they end up injecting this nasty crap in their veins over and over and end up with horrible skin sores that can become gangrenous fairly quickly. Do a Google image search and you'll see what I mean. It's awful.
Desomorphine could be made safely. But it's not. If you do it the russian way you'll die, just like the russians do.
Since BTH is a crude form of heroin and codeine is not removed during production, is desomorphine an active ingredient in BTH?
No? I mean, it might be, look up the desomorphine synthesis and the heroin synthesis, and see if it's possible. But I don't think it is. Could be wrong.
Yeah from what I have seen of this drug it's completely fucked. It literally starts to eat away your flesh all the way down to the bone. Like Happydude said, do an image search and check it out for yourself.
Desomorphine does not. The retards who make it, and shoot up totally dirty shit with all the precursors and reagents still in it, are the problem. I'm not saying opiates are good, bit I'm saying that they don't do THIS shit. It's irresponsible worthless people, that do.
Lol yeah I feel you. I probably should have specified I was talking more about krokodil. Honestly though opiates are great as long as you don't abuse them! haha
I think its the eye dilating chemical that is mixed in with the desomorphine that intensifies the opiate high that rots the flesh.
Or it could be the paint thinner, lighter fluid, red phosphorous, etc. used in it's synthesis. I totally agree that the grotesque effects of the drug could be avoided if it were made professionally, but it isn't.
It can get you rushed to the ER. Anyway, I've heard that it's three times as potent as Heroin, so that seems plausible, yeah. It supposedly has a faster onset than Heroin. But it doesn't last nearly as long.
I'm pretty sure they're just stupid. That's either saline solution, or atropine (or one of it's friends). One is a powerful placebo, tho other is an anticholergenic. But it doesn't rot your flesh. I think it's the stupid russian junkie version of stupid american teens who think that visine gets you higher, and axe/fabreeze actually covers pot smell. I think what rots the flesh is a combination of chemical burns and immune reaction. It happens when they miss a vein, and so instead of making you generally sick, you get all the toxic shit in one place. It's like taking oxycontin, and disolving it in a syringe of gasoline and sulfur and lye and anything else you put in for shits and grins/junkie superstition (like eye drops).... and shooting that up. All that shit does brain damage, too (as you would imagine mainlining gasoline would, right?). If you watch the interviews with users and former users on youtube, the more experienced ones and the ones that have kicked it are perma-high, they have a slightly mentally retarded grin, and don't seem to have any depth of thought, even those that apparently have no cravings. It's obviously fucked their brain up. My theory is that once it's happened to a point, some of them are brain damaged right out of cravings/addiction/the ability to function well enough to actually get/take drugs, and that's when they look like that. It's strange. Maybe they still crave it, but are too fucked in the head to be able to get it. But they don't talk about craving it, like ex heroin users often do. They just talk about how bad it is and how the wrong recipe will kill you, and giggle about it, and talk about all the people they know it killed, like it's mildly funny. It's sort of like the expression loony tunes characters have if they get hit in the head, like tongue out, crossed eyes, vague smile, lines to show spinning head.
