Communal living experience, looking for opening

My name is Ann Marie, I'm a 39 year old female looking to join a community with an opening. I have been searching on ic.org and so far the vast majority of the listings are co-housing where you have to fork over 100,000 bucks to join. I'm seeking a REAL commune. I have an education in computer tech, an office skill set, agriculture experience (including installation and maintenance of irrigation systems), and communal living experience.
