Figured Id check back in to see how everyone is doing. Can't remember the last time I was on here. I AM OPIATE AND SUB FREE. I stepped off SUBS on Jan 31st of this year, and been doing great every since. I bypassed the Headache Saga most SUB patients gets once they step off only because I was on Subutex. No Naloxone. I hope this find all my old friends doing well, and all the new peeps here getting good advice for their questions. My Drug of Choice back in the day was Oxycodone 30's and Opana 40's. When I decided to finally get on Subs and stay on them I was crushing and snorting 120MG of Opana (the good stuff) and 300mgs of Blues. Feel free to ask me any questions if my past relates to your current situation. I'd be more than happy to help if I can! ALSO, Look forward to hearing from any of my old friends here. Be great to catch up!

Hey man, day 3 of detox. My supplier got shorted and after my supply ran out I decided the is the last time I want to go through detox. It has been miserable before but I never had to go long til my next supply came in.

Was taking hydros/oxycodne for about 10 years. Depending on the supply but 3-10 every day. The first two days I just felt really shitty, kinda cold sometimes and really tired. Today is the third day and I'm starting not to fell sick like I'm on the verge of the flu. I've been taking some hot showers, got a massage and worked out like I always do. When I'm on the way to the gym I feel like I really don't want to do it, but afterwards I feels tons better.

I swear I'm not craving at all today. Now if you would have offered me a pill yesterday or the day before I would have taken it.
Anyway, how much longer til my normal energy level comes back (whatever that was I gues, lol)? And when will I pep up to where I don't feel a little down and out?

I'm surprised you feel this good after 3 days. Normally that's about when it peaks, and then holds for another 4-7 days. But, it depends on your level of addiction, too. Apparently you got lucky. I'd say within a few days you'll be straight, pretty much.

Thanks guys, I'm not worried about these forums, Subs I believe are much harder to get off when you are above 2mgs/day. Trying to jump higher than that, IMO, sets you up for failure. I took them 13 months and had been below 6mgs since about 2 weeks into it, then over time got down to 2-2.5mgs. But i had a set back, not with opiates, but with Subs and I found myself back at 6mgs, knowing in my brain, despite what it told me, I knew i needed nowhere near that. I quickly got back down to 3mgs, then down to 2mgs and skipping 2 days a week. The skips helped a lot, but i warn you, if you using skips, if you ever feel great after taking a dose coming off a SKIPPED DAY, its not the dose its your HEAD, but you will pay dearly if you change your dose because of that feeling, you are taking huge leaps backwards. I found that out the hard way! I stepped off at 8mgs/week, and I felt the affects of it, mostly in consistent fatigue. I did have the help of a Head Dr. who let me cruise thru without any Anxiety, that more than anything got it over with after end of week 2. No pain, crams, stomach or RLS stuff u get with opiate WDs. Prepare to be TIRED for a while!!!
