The earth quake and maybe the govt

Idk why but i got this idea that maybe somhow the govt creatde that earthquake and wave to kill all those inocent people. they are so poor i could see why a govt would kill them cold blooded. this is if our govt does have all this crazy technology or boms or whatever. i dont reallyt beleive this but just some crazy idea i came up with. its actilly pretty sick but idk man that would be so fucked up if it were true.

 

I think they have no valid reasomn to do so...what would they have to gain? and why doyou think the government could create a 9pt earthquake under the aerth's crust?

Military technology is, at best, ten years ahead of civilian technology. Even if somehow it WAS 50 years ahead, do you really think we'll have the ability to cause 9.0 Richter earthquakes in 50 years? Very unlikely to impossible.

What would the governments of the world have to gain by killing a bunch of innocent civilians for no reason anyway? It's not like earthquakes discriminate based on socioeconomic class, political ideology, or skin color.

Anyway, let's apply Occam's Razor here. What seems more probable: A) A perfectly natural, albeit very large, earthquake killed lots of people, or B) Secret advanced government technology CAUSED an earthquake on purpose, to kill thousands of people for no reason, and then the governments managed to silence every single person involved.

Your scenario absolutely, unequivocally, undoubtedly did NOT happen.

 

I heard that the intensity of the earthquake was equivalent to the energy that would be released by 30 million atom bombs. That being said - there's no way this could ever be caused by anything but nature.

I totally don't think any government is responsible, nor capable of that, but there is definately motivation to kill off thousands of poor people in third world countries. The reason? They are a drain on the world economy. That doesn't so much matter now, but in 50 years when the world's resources start running out from over-population and lack of fossil-fuels, there will be more resources for Americans to have. And killing 50,000 of them today prevents 150,000 of them being there in 50 years.

 

what are you talking about ....where do you think cheap labor comes from...without the poor we could not have all of the wonderful junk to fill our homes with.

and as a corporate stand point thats 150,000 less people to sell crap to even if they only make a buck a day.....

 

Man, they make up about a third of the world's population. There is no shortage of cheap labour. And do you really think people in third world countries buy all the useless crap they make? They aren't as material as us, and they are more of a drain than an asset.

 

no they buy things like food, drink, basics ......and they spend billions ....why do think companies like coke will place ads in third world countries

as time goes on their economies grow they make more money ....they spend more money ...... look at south korea 30-40 years ago they made junk that we bought .....now they make cars and electronics....the poor are simply future consumers waiting to be tapped.

 

How the hell is ANYONE with a job a "drain" on the economy? They work for money and buy things for money, just like you do.

You know, there really is no way to explain it without sounding like a conspiracy theorist. But I believe the age of consumerism is coming to an end, and the government knows it. How do you think those people are going to make all that crappy merchandise without oil to make plastics, and run their machines? How are all those people going to eat when there is no oil to manufacture the food that they already aren't getting. Where do you think there will be the biggest crisis among the masses when the entire world starts to starve because we can't feed the projected 10 billion on the planet? Who do you think is most expendable in the eyes of the super-powers? I can definately see the motivation here.

But they didn't do it. Sounds like the one guy had it about right when he said it was the equivalent of about 30 billion a-bombs. (Maybe that's exaggerated)
But I don't think there is anything that has that much power that humans can harness.

granted this earthquake may have been the work of mother nature, but *maybe* someone helped it along a little?

Now I'm very well-versed in politics (especially American politics), but what in the world is the Merkin Government? And what is this about bombs underground the San Andreas fault? Is it from a legitimate news source, or from an online tabloid?

No. No one did. Any suggestion that a government is responsible for this is just plain ridiculous.

Do those plans include secretly developing the technology to cause earthquakes and tsunamis, indirectly resulting in thousands of deaths? No.
