Me and a couple of friends are trying to figure out what the fuck happened to another friend. This kid has a brother also who's the same age as him. Anyways... the kid used to be social and actually went out, but ever since he took the X he became very anti-social. There's actually a video of him behind totally out of it. He was laying down on the ground and then rising up and saying, "beep boop bap boop" and then lowering down again. He did this around 2 times in the video. (Not sure how many times after the video) Another friend told me at the end of the night he snapped him out of it and the kid asked what time it was. Him and his brother literally switched places. He stays in his room all day long and doesn't do shit. He's usually on the computer and one day he just disappeared for like 2-3 weeks and apparently he was just in his room doing something. Non of us really knows wtf happened and he barely ever talks to any of us anymore. Anyone have an idea of what might of happened? tltr; Friend was social, took the X, became depressed/anti-social/doesn't do shit/barely talks to any of us, him and his brother literally switch places, wtf...??
Are you sure it was MDMA? If he took a pill it is hard to know for sure. I have never heard of something like this happening to anyone, but people change as they get older. Maybe something about the experiences had an effect on your friend.
I'm pretty sure it was a pill. He took it with 5 other people and 2 of them he didn't know. He's like depressed and idk...
A crash is common with MDMA use. But it should not be lasting several days unless he is using allot, like several times a month.
He did it once and i don't think he had a normal trip with the X he got. Everyone else had a good time, but he was making robot noises and like rising up and down from the floor... I don't think that's very normal.
Sounds like more of a psychedelic experience to me. I don't know what could have happened. Had the other people rolled before? Were they feeling happy/lovey dovey? I ask because I wonder if anyone knew what to expect. Maybe you got MDA and not MDMA. That can be psychedelic while still having a mdma feel to it, but a veteran would be able to tell them apart.
I know some of the them have rolled before, but I'm not entirely sure if it was the first time for most of them. I know for a fact it was the first time for the kid who was making robot noises lol. I was told that he was completely out of it so he probably was seeing something which fucked his mind.
Well i think we solved the case. Me and a friend are talking about it and we looked up on how mda can effect somebody. He doesn't wanna do anything, sleeps a lot, doesnt talk to anyone anymore, etc etc. He's depressed.
Sounds like you heard a story about when spongebob thinks mr. krabs is a robot. Maybe he grew up and forgot about you guys. Sounds like he did have a (non MDMA)trip of some sort, and ehh, anyone who would film that isn't much of a friend, he's probably better off now.
Hey it was only shown to a few friends. Nobody else found out and it was never uploaded online so. They ain't that bad. It was pretty funny though. I mean he laughed at himself too.
Yeah but the point is this kids "friends" saw him flipping out and instead of helping him they thought they needed to document it.
I also think that perhaps it was a combination crash and personal growth experience. Despite mdma being quite light in regards to psychedelics, the experience can nonetheless reveal much about an individual and induce "abnormal" behavior. But who really knows what's going on with him. My suggestion: talk to your friend, maybe start with a simple conversation asking about that night and what he's been feeling since. Try and pick his brain about his perspective and then move into the territory of addressing your concern and finding out if your concerns are actually valid; simply put, don't go through the grapevine, just ask him what's up, let him know you're concerned as a friend and that you just want him to be alright.
Well they could of made it worse for him. I thought you that it's best not to help someone whos tripping and let them ride it out. I ain't very experienced with psychedelics tho... He's been like this for a year in a half and when my friend asked him what happened, he said that he began being anti-social before the X, but why would he take X if he was anti social??? I'll try it out.
It doesn't sound like there's a huge problem. It sounds like you're rather limited, however social you are, in your understanding of psychedelic drugs and why one would take them. I don't think it's fair or necessary to go backwards like that. It sounds like he's been growing up (for better or for worse -- of course there's various stages) and you expect him to be all party animal.... or don't understand how someone who's NOT all party animal would want to take psychedelic drugs.
