I don't think you know what a scrotum is, and your description makes me think you have never even seen an uncircumcised penis.

 

Scrotum : The sack where the testes are situated.

What are the main avantages of having a circumcised penis - easier to clean the glands or just appearance benefits?

 

Without medical reason, such as phimosis or, as in my case, physical injury, no advantage whatsoever.

Why do humans, who have only been on the planet for only a split second in the Grand Order of things seem to think that they can improve on what Nature has designed through millions of years of selective evolution by crude mutilation?
