When I went for my prostate examination, I asked my Doctor if having sex, and ejaculating regularly were good for the prostate. He said that it was, then asked about my sexual activity. I then admitted, with a bit of embarrassment, that most of my orgasms were through masturbation. I was relieved when, instead of lecturing me for masturbating, he told me to it was a good thing, and that he regularly recommended it to his patients with prostate problems. He then asked me "how" I masturbated, and I gave him a quick demonstration of how I stroked my cock. I was a bit embarrassed when I got an instant hard-on, but he said to not be concerned, and congratulated me on being able to produce such a "good" erection. I could hardly wait to get to the restroom after leaving his office, so that I could masturbate to completion.
I'm surprised that, in this day & age, so many people still tend to be surprised when doctors contradict, with medical facts, all the ridiculous falsities they've been raised with in the schoolyard about hairy palms & going blind etc.
Much the same info from my gyno. (although she didn't ask for a demo!!) Knowing I'm single and with no SO, she just wanted to know if I masturbated, because a healthy sex life keeps the whole apparatus in trim, and masturbating is an excellent substitution. (You guys have NO idea what a lady talks about with her female doctor.)
I suppose it's probably not a bad idea -- when you're on the subject -- for a doctor to make sure the patient isn't doing anything harmful to themselves. But in the climate of sexual harassment lawsuits, I'd think doctors would avoid talking about technique or asking for a "demo" out of fear, and I find your story a bit hard to believe. You might also have a closer history with your physician than most guys and/or I'm just inexperienced dealing with urologists. So far I've only really had the PSA blood work done/didn't get the full rectal exam, which I was happy to avoid from the awkwardness. But I'm typically horny enough that just me thinking about myself masturbating is enough to give me a healthy hard-on. If I had my pants down for an exam and was asked those sort of questions, I'd imagine I'd have to put forth a lot of effort to not get aroused myself in a situation like that, even as a straight guy. If it happens, I'll likewise "try not to get concerned." But speaking as a guy in his mid-40s, yeah, "good erections" are probably something to consider as a blessing.
I think that doctor was really innapropriate. I think he/she should have just answered your question about whether having regular sex / ejaculating is good for the prostate - and left it at that. I know he's just stuck his finger up your arse and everything lol, but I think asking about HOW you masturbate is crossing the line. Did he have anybody else in the room with him? I would have gone home and had a hot shower and scrubbed myself clean lol.
Actually no I disagree that the question in of itself is inappropriate, given the context. Doctor's better know if their patients are masturbating in a safe manner. In the case of guys, they better nix the method some men use to masturbate with the vaccume cleaner. This is even more of an appropriate question if this was a urologist. The line that should not be crossed abstract and depends heavily on context, the medical history and reasons why the patient is their in the first place.
I understand what you are saying, but he went in for a routine prostate exam. If there were any issues with maintaining and sustaining an erection, then that question can just be asked, I wouldn't have thought a demonstration of his technique was in order. I think if the doctor wanted to know how he masturbated, without a demonstration he should have just asked whether he uses any other devices other than his hand. If there was a reason to assess his erection and masturbation technique, did he have another person / chaperone in the room?
according to the troll/OP, the doctor just asked how he masturbated, not for a demonstration. jacking off for the doctor was purely the OP's idea.
there was this guy in the army, he wanted out, so he jacked off continuously.. he was discharged. he had to go see the doctor alot, Im sure they talked about it, since everyone on the base knew..
Up to the point where the doctor asks IF he masturbated was quite believeable, as well as to be expected in a routine examination. After that, though was probably more into the realms of fantasy than anything else - although that often how fantasies start - beginning with a real life experience, following on with imagination of what might have been.
iam now 25 years old i have masterbating about 6 years many doctors are saying that masterbution is bad for health plz tell me the truth
