Apparently to be outside being fucking COLD.

I have no real plans, but we bought a grape plant thing that I would like to get in the garden. I've also been wanting to paint my room for awhile. I have the paint and everythig, but with the wee one, I have almost zero time to do it. Perhaps I can get the husband to watch her while I paint sometime this weekend.

Eta: I totally forgot that I'm going to take my daughter to her first concert, The Beach Boys! And then I have a birthday party to attend. I suppose I do have some plans.

 

I love going to the beach off season.... not that memorial day w.end is off season. Prolly still be crowded.

Anyways... snow. lol. I highly doubt that's gonna happen.

It should be noted that June snowfall in the Northeast is not a unique event to 1816. On June 11, 1842 widespread snow fell over northern New York and New England and snowflakes were observed in Cleveland, Ohio; Boston, Massachusetts; and even Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (a low elevation site). Accumulations of 10-12” were common in Vermont, so this event was actually more extreme than the more famous snow of June 1816..

 

when is memorial day? we had our victoria day long weekend last weekend. it was warm and sunny.

 

my daughter has a soccer tournament and we got invited to a cookout but probably not gonna go cuz its kid-free and I have 4 kids so I would rather do something with them than toss them on a babysitter. Plus it's not as easy as you would think to find a sitter for four kids (Anyone wanna babysit?)

 

I'm going to a friend's house for a cookout Sunday and Monday we're getting some friends together at my boyfriend's family's lakehouse for some swimming, fishing, and a fish fry. I have to work tomorrow bleccchh

 

mountain bike race saturday and sunday. dead monday.

 

In all actuality it kinda sucks that I have no huge plans because I would love to be going to the beach...but the weather not going to be good here makes it easier.
All I really know that I'm gonna do is go to a farmer's market and the library. And try to pick some park that we haven't gone to before and grill some food- maybe get some zucchini squash, asparagus and shrimp to grill..and chicken for case since he's too young to eat shell fish...

 

Hmmm... I'm wondering... if Harrisburg has one of their street fairs... festival things by City Island... gonna check that now cause if so (i'm thinking now yes... ) gonna do that actually. That's always fun. Case can go on a boat too if we go there.

Yea...they're having it. It's every memorial and labor day w.end so gonna do that...sunday...it's actually an art festival with art and diff. crafts and stuff to look at and buy but lots of food too (mostly unhealthy food but good food too, haha) and there's a kids stage w music and stuff.. right by the susquehanna...and then you can walk across the bridge and on city island is a bunch of stuff to do (arcade, golf, more food..) n you can go out on a boat... so, yayy

 

No its not Mr.ILoveTheColdIloveWinterIwantItFuckingFreezingAllTheTime... dammit, take the puppy to the beach and go hunting for girls.. quiet beach nobody there.. someone will be... get your game on.. go get something.
