in my time have stumbled upon so many request for extracting AMPHETAMINES out of ADD ADHD tablets and I could've really make sense out of them or there were heaps of comments like why would ya wanna , such a waste , just eat em BLAH Blah. Regardless of reason lets just go with What if someone nuttier than I had hundreds of tablets and wanted to Extract AMP out of the AUSSIE Dex-amphetamine 5mg Tablets and make something to be proud of! If you don't know a process don't make the situation worse! What would it be ? How would they do it ? Would it be as good as anything on the street? Someone has researched ingredients and believes that that most of the ingredients bar the goodness is insoluble or not very soluble. well i could only see that being usefully if you were going to add a methyl group and change it to methamphetamine otherwise just take the dexadrine, im assuming thats what its called here in canada. im prescribed 5mg dextroamphetamine tablets and its the closest thing to speed you'll get other than meth. it is technically amphetamine

Ive been prescribed 3 bottles of 100 pills by my psych a month (1.5g amph). They are Aussie pills and the excipients are: magnesium stearate, lactose, povidone and wheat starch. I ground 50 pills (250mg amphetamine) in a mortar & pestle as fine as possible before transferring the pill mass powder to a beaker and added about 20ml of warm (about 50C) distilled water . It was then stirred thoroughly for a couple of mins before being left to settle for 5 mins. The water was crystal clear on top of a settled white paste. The beaker contents were then poured into a buchner funnel atop a vacuum filter flask and vacuum applied with a hand pump. The water was sucked thru leaving a dry filter cake, a few ml of water was poured onto the filter cake to rinse any remaining apmh from the powder. The fluid was then filtered thru a .2 micron filter to remove the only soluble excipient (povidone). It is planned to try complexing this amph with b-cyclodextrin and possibly reducing the volume by distilling under vacuum to concentrate it for IV use.
