Does this mean I'm psychotic?

I just had what is probably the sickest dream anyone has ever had... Not sure, since I've never been in anyone else's head, but I'd love an interpretation and to know if I should be checking into a hospital right about now... I don't remember the whole thing, but I'll put what I do remember.

I had sex with my grandmother. She had a penis. I liked some guy romantically, and was supposed to be about to go on a date with him when my grandma showed up again... and wanted to have sex again. I was trying to get her to leave before my date showed up, but she was getting naked on the bed and kind of humping the bed when the guy I was supposed to be dating showed up. Then the last thing I remember was trying to explain the situation to him.

So... in real life, I don't find my grandma attractive in any way... I actually don't like her very much in a normal grandmother way, either. She does not have a penis... but I am a transgender (FTM) guy, so maybe that has something to do with her having one in the dream. The person I'm supposed to be going on a date with in the dream isn't anyone I know in real life...

This morning I had an interesting dream:

I went to sleep on a commuter train. When I woke up, I found that I had missed my stop and was lost in a Japanese coastal village. Being new to the area, and looking at various maps, I had no clue how to get back to where I belonged. Fortunately for me, a rich Japanese business man was kind enough to give me a ride back to my military base on his yacht. It was a short ride, and when I had returned, I found that I was marked as being AWOL. I was then approached by the beautiful white daughter of the Japanese business man. She informed me that she was pregnant, so we decided to get married. She asked me what kind of bachelor I was, and I told her that I was the worst kind.

At that point I woke up.

What does it mean? Absolutely nothing. I've never been to Japan, nor do I ride a commuter train. Never been on a yacht. I was in the Army for a number of years. I truly believe the mind creates dreams on the fly, pasting stuff together as it goes along.

If I were you, I wouldn't make too much of your dream. I doubt it's a reflection of your mental health. :)

I would have to agree with ScrubPuppy on this, you have obviously had some serious confusion on your sexuality and this sounds like you may have some residual internal questions. You are who you are. In my teenage years, when I questioned myself and had hormones that were going crazy, I had a dream of having sex with a same sex relative.
