People who are asked to do something that's real easy & simple to do but they sometimes stress or freak out doing it & take ages to decide wether to do it or not.

I think it's fairly safe to make that assumption. Personally I know no single adult human being who doesn't have one, so it's just as right to assume someone has a cell phone than to assume someone is not a mass murderer.

Edit: actually, I know one person, she is very old, who doesn't have a cell phone. I am wondering now if she is a mass murderer....
