Peace be on you....Grace and help of God purify the human. Prayer is a mean to absorb that grace and beneficence, one believes. The Holy Quran starts with a prayer and ends with a prayer. The comprehensive prayer is Salaat (the five daily obligatory prayers). Salaat is request with pain and cry, which a person presents to his / her God with feeling of separation so that meeting is granted because unless God does not make someone pure no one can become so. Unless God grant connection, no one can obtain it byself. A person carries various wordly shackles around the neck, he / she profoundly wants to get rid of them but cannot; weaknesses stay. To counter that, Salaat is prayer request to seek divine help against ill thoughts and ill desires and to gain pure love of God and pure connection with God and power to follow the commandments of God. The word Salaat carries the meanings of burning desire. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) seeked divine help through Salaat.

Compositions of Salaat are manifestations of veneration, humbleness and meekness for God.
