Sometimes I'll have dreams and I won't even be in the dream... And all my dreams are seen from up above everything not through my own eyes... Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Does it mean anything? Thanks!

My bf rarely dreams of himself and can even dream the lives of others from first or third person. I don't think you're alone but it's nothing to worry about.

Let me back up what AngelAus is saying. It happens to me too. As far as I can tell, it doesn't mean anything. Don't lose any sleep over it.

I have several dreams where I am sort of floating above observing what is going on. I don't know if it means anything. I never really consider it different from other dreams at least not in any worrisome kind of way.

Yeah, nothing to worry about. In fact, children don't star in their own dreams until around the ages of 8 -10.

i don't "star" in my dreams either. i'm just a person who is there experiencing the world they take place in. exactly the same as i am when awake.
