Gaining weight/muscle

    If you're vegan for soy-protein pre and post workout, eat whole grain pasta/rice. Go for avocados they packed with healthy fats. and if you can't get enough protien eat a ton of beans they got protein/good carbs ans fats perfect body building food. Trust me before I had my car wreck I in crazy shape deadlift over 450. If you need any advice on diet or training hit me up i love to help with this stuff!!!!
