Thanks very much. Well, it's only my office outfit, when I have to work on Saturdays... on regular weekdays, I wear cargo pants or jeans. We don't have a too formal dress code, fortunately. They only require "normal" and not too colorful clothing, plus closed shoes (but they still are OK with sandals and flip-flops being worn at the office in summer). Furthermore, my employer knew what kind of different person he was hiring, when I started working there. I used to live in an alternative trailer commune, which was in the process of getting evicted, and starting a job meant a stepstone to safeguard getting an aprtment after that would happen. They also knew about my barefooting right from the start and our CEO thinks, it's a good and healthy thing to do. Therefore, I'm also OK to show off my toes and feet, when wearing my flip-flops spring to fall. My personal rule is: if temperatures are going to be above 50F (10°C) on a work day, it's a flip-flop office day. :sunny: In my free time, wearing a sarong or skirt is my favourite choice of outfit, when it's mild, since it's the comfiest clothing I can wear. Even more so, since I always go commando (barefoot to the waist, so to speak) when wearing them. That greatly adds to the comfort and ease part. Sadly, stupid social taboos and hangups prevent me from leaving my home in my usual indoor outfit - that is, nude. I often get stares for walking barefoot, no matter the outfit I'm wearing. There's also the usual giggling from teenage fashion victim type girls and the odd snide comment from teenage boys, trying to be cool. I most often ignore them, shielded by my MP3 player supplying me with my favourite music. Now and then, there are also admiring looks and smiles, sometimes a thumbs-up, and when sitting on the tram or bus (being a public transport user, I'm sitting there on a daily basis), I had some people already asking for my reasons of being barefoot all the time - that is, every time they see me - and commending me, stating their respect for my way of walking and almost always agreeing that it's a healthy thing to do. Last summer, I even had two teenage girls, normally of the giggling sort, asking me questions and hanging at my lips for my replies... they were genuinely curious, and just before they had to get off the tram, one of them said. "I think, I will try walking barefoot later on..." I didn't meet them again to see, if she really did, though. Thanks very much. Actually, I've had to develop my self-esteem in my teenage days already, since other kids at high school would try to pick on me for my huge shape... but, in time, I was not only able to shrug them off, but also to defend myself verbally, disarming their attempts - and I'm proud to say that I never had to get into fist fights or use violence to do so. Since I have found the barefoot life, which was part of my life from my teenage days on (I merely expanded the time of barefooting from summer to all seasons), I have developed into a fairly confident person. I always hung out with the "different" kids - that is, hippie and punk type leftist young people, engaging in the eco, one-world, anti-nuke and peace movement. Many of them were summer barefooters, too. Furthermore, being in touch with Mother Earth by means of my bare feet has not only given me and still gives me good vibes and sturdy living-leather soles, but also has acted to strengthen my personality. Oh, and before I forget to turn this lenghty reply back on-topic: today, my outfit's going to be grey cargo pants, a black t-shirt with a Ganesha print on it (I most often wear that kind of shirt), a thick black cotton hoodie jacket (since it's a cool morning right now, with just 50F/10°C) and my bare feet - adorned with several anklets, including the prayer beads depicted in my outfit picture, plus a total of four toe rings (two on each foot). During my office shift, a pair of black flip-flops will rest under the desk - since I slip them off, while sitting there, giving my bare feet the freedom they yearn for and deserve. Have a great time, enjoying your barefoot days. Hugs and wiggling my toes in greeting, ~*Ganesha*~~
I decided to completely reverse the situation. I went out with SHOES ONLY. OK, so that didn't work. Leaving the police car, I decided for full clothing but no shoes. I can deal with a few silly stares.

When I'm barefoot I don't wear anything as I'm a nudist as I think nudisium and barefooting go together
We finally have summer here! Yoohoo! So Friday night, Saturday and Sunday: Just nothing (except a lunch in a restaurant). Today (one additional day off work to do errands in town): summer skirt and top.
Blue Jeans and Black Snake-Eyes t-shirt..yeah i usally wear the same clothes over and over..im actually quite a whore when it comes to t-shirts lol
Today I will first visit my parents, so I wear a blue jeans and a black polo shirt at the moment. Later I will meet with my girlfriend, then I will wear my ripped jeans and an old, black tee.
Frayed white jeans. I like the contrast with sun-tanned bare feet. Even better if the tops are a bit grubby (the feet, not the jeans).
