What's your favorite way to relax that doesn't involve Weed to Booze?

I like to drink Double Spice Chai Tea and sip on my E-Cig.

Meditation is a wonderful tool: reflection and contemplation often serve us well when we are feeling stressed out.

In all honesty, I believe that substances should be used in moderation; above all else, they should be treated with the respect that they deserve.

There is a time and place for everything.

Yoga, walking, dancing, any kind of activity that gets me moving. I'm always more relaxed moving than sitting still.

Impossible for me. I'm agitated unless I've got some ethanol in my blood stream.

Especially the first two usually make me wanna light up though :p I freaking love hammock lounging and a good selection of reggae tunes.

Easy excuse to keep some in your blood is what it sounds to me :2thumbsup:

Taking a good magnesium supplement can help you to relax and calm anxiety. Or simply try to get enough magnesium in your diet if you can.

But, to me, music helps me relax. Something kind of mellow and ambient helps.

Exercise is always an excellent option, too. You're not really relaxing while you exercise, of course, but the aftereffects of exercise include a feeling of relaxation and well-being.

Sometimes just going outside and sitting in a nice, cool breeze helps, too.

I always feel more relaxed when I am outdoors, amongst the nature.
