Alright. I wear a 32 DD. I am completely happy with size and all, but how do I get the uhh "girls" lol to not um hang to the sides. If you know what I mean.

I sleep on my stomache at night. Could this have anything do with it?

I know push ups are an obvious, but is there anything else I can do?

I don't understand. I consider my self to be in pretty good shape. I think I'm pretty toned, but my boobs are aweful. Urgh. Its so frustrating.

    Thanks for the help.

Get a good quality bra to support them. Maybe you can sleep in a sports bra, so they're not suffocated, but contained.

I once dated this chick who had massive boobs, she had to get custom made bras. The lady at the place where she bought them told her that the best way to sleep to support the ligaments in boobs is to sleep on one's side, with a pillow underneath, supporting the boobs. Sounds like a bit of extra effort, but apparently it's good for them.

I've never been so happy to be a small B cup.

I can't even imagine dealing with that. Good luck

When you say you're a 32DD ... have you actually ever been professionally fitted? If not, it is well worth seeing a professional bra fitter. You might be surprised by the results. There's a lot of women out there in the wrong bra (too small with a too big cup, or too big with a too small cup ...)

(And no ... before anyone asks, I am NOT a professional bra fitter myself ... )

I got fitted for my bra and must have tried a good dozen on before I decided on which one I thought was best. Actually it was the store person who helped pick out my bra. She called out once I tried it on asking me what I thought of it and I called back "it's the one!" Best. Bra. Ever! I'm 12C in Aussie sizes by the way. :)

wieght lifting exercise is the most effective option. nothing heavy don't picture female body builder, picture tight and toned.

push exercises (bench press, chest flys, dips) will pull breasts together
pull exercises (pull up, lat pull downs, rows) will pull breasts up

    Hi Larcy,

More than correcting your figure with a appropriate wear, try hitting your local gym and start working out to lose weight. You cannot lose your boobs weight alone it has to be a gradual process where you have to lose your entire body weight along with your boobs weight.

But until you start losing weight you have to wear appropriate wear.

My best friend has worn a bra to bed for years...she is a DD as well and wearing a bra at night has helped keep her boobs nice and perky..they don't have the hang that a long of big breasted women have because she is rarely without a bra. Apparently she saw Hallie Berry being interviewed years ago and she said that she always wears a bra to bed as well!

i over heard a conversation at restaurant once, i'll never forget this, there was an older lady, who had nice breasts, and some young 20-somethings and they were talking and the older woman says she'd soaked them in ice water every morning and every night for 45 years. idk may work? muscles would contract in cold water and work chest muscles? idk but its what ive heard
