OK troll boy, I'll bite. What, pray tell, are you wanting 'more solid turds' for? If you've got a health condition where your stools are constantly runny, I'd suggest visiting a physician or dietition, rather than posting on an oral/anal SEX forum. If, on the other hand, you're of the coprofiliac persuasion (more commonly known as 'scat' or just 'poop sex'), well, I suspect a more liquid fecal excretion needn't be cause for anxiety, and may actually be an asset (pun intended) among those sharing your particular perversion.

I eat plenty of the stuff I like & I'm not into all this how many calories food has in it at all. I can eat a very big meal & still want extras afterwards.

There's different types of foods that digest in different ways. Hi-fibre foods, as you are probably aware, are those that pass through the body quickly, often resulting in suffering from diarrhoea if an excess is eaten. However, there are other foods that have the opposite effect, such as anything containing lactose acids, such as milk, cheese, yoghurt, etc.
