On the authonomy website I came across this budding author and his book "Creed of Assiah". It is his story about being involved in the occult and satanism. I don't think it's made up either but unsure what to make of it.

    Has anyone else read it?

well occult and satanism are entirely unrelated and i wouldn't waist the time of day on any author who tries to pretend otherwise. clearly the only reason anyone ever does is fanatical propiganda.

I think it would depend on the type of satanism involved. As I understand there is theistic satanism and laveyan satanism. Theistic satanism would come with occult practices and laveyan would not.

Yes, that is my understanding too.
It's an interesting read as many of these accounts are. I suspect there to be a little 'artistic licence', however I believe the author experienced much of what they suggest.

Good post. I'm definitely going to read this. While I don't practice it, I've always found Satanism interesting (among other beliefs I.e. hinduism).

If you are interested in spirituality, hindu thoughts have in depth knowledge (It is neither a belief nor religion or any ism)

I find following link very informative-

    http://www.hinduwisdom.info/

(Also, please- I would not answer any questions or argue about any comments. Study in details and you will find all answers yourself)

Thank you :). I have a very dear Hindu friend who first got me interested. I will absolutely check out that website. This one has been my favorite resource so far:

this probably makes more sense then i ever can.
people who don't want to listen aren't going to hear anything anyway.

but then it isn't the speaking or the listening.
truth is what is always there when no one is saying anything.

i'm simply to weak to hold my silence when i see pain.

Actually Lavey talks about rituals and magick too, in his book.

There is now a site for the book, you can get epub, pdf and mobi formats.
    Its at http://creedofassiah.webs.com
I hope it does well, especially in Australia and hopefully force everyone to challenge the status quo of drinking, gambling and football as the foundation of society.
I hope it goes mainstream now as there is an election in about 3 weeks

He isn't praying to anyone, he's using the energies of his body and mind to get what he wants. Re-read the satanic bible, there are whole sections devoted to rituals.

Not that I condone black magick either, I've come to believe you reap what you sow and violence on any level is pretty dumb.

    You can't be an Ex-Satanist.

This thread is spam and it's stupid.
