So what's the situation out there in Colorado? I'm heading out there for a couple weeks at the end of the month to climb, camp, and hike and am wondering if there will be dispensaries, etc. out there?
Dispensarys are still only for medical patients. Next year shops open to the public. But until then if you were to have some weed and are 21 it is legal.
it might be hard for an out of towner to purchase weed. You must still know somebody who sells/grows or has a medical card. The weed stores have not opened yet. 1-1-2014 should be a different story
