Living without a Brain

Ive a friend ive known since i was 10 who was born with multiple brain tumors. When i met him, he had parts of his brain already removed due to tumor removal. A few years after i met him, he had a hemispherectomy, removing a full half of his brain. A couple of years after that, hr had more tumors removed (along with more chunks of brain). He has about 13% of his brain left. He's normal enough acting, but clearly something is off with him. Hell, he's an alcoholic, pops pills, smokes weed, snorts lines, and ive even eaten mushrooms with him. Shits crazy, man.

 

anyone remember that lady they took her feeding tube out?? her family wanted to keep her alive, but her husband wanted to let her die. it was a huge case at the time

That was a depressing story.

I do not know, but the internet is certainly filled with people who seem to survive without brains.
