I have decided to call the dogshit Donald. According to customs and conventions, he is now the lawful air to the Dukedom of Dogshit. I am therefore going to have a coronation ceremony whereby all stupid people will be expected to bow(females) and curtsey(males) in return for i)nothing at all and iii)meaningless titles.

Ofcourse it would have no authenticity unless similar esteemed dogshit from across Europe was not invited to the coronation. even leaving aside the whole "but they generate so much tourist revenue!" thing (i don't think everyone would stop visiting buckingham palace and all the castles and tower and that just because no-one was living in them or on the throne) the royals cost the UK taxpayer/government 40 million a year for their state expenses BUT pay 160 million to the government/taxpayer for the privelige so overall it does kind of seem like a profit.

there are legitimate reasons to dislike them, but their actual literal "cost" isn't one of them.
