My daughter told me that she talks to a boy named 'johnny jonathan' (she specifically told me it was his middle name) who lives in our house. she said he doesn't like us and he told her that if he scares her or her sisters that I would get mad.. He mentioned he likes turkeys, the conversation actually started out with her asking if turkeys still lived here. I told her if she gets scared to ask her angels for protection and that he cant hurt us and that she is special and whatnot.. Just wondering if anyone can help me out with any more information? This is the first time any of my kids have every old me anything like this, although I have suspected that they have some abilities. It's pretty exciting to me and if possible I would like to help this boy.. Thanks in advance!!!!
I used to talk to an entity named Susie, when I was little. I was a very spiritually sensitive child. My parents thought it was an imaginary friend, until they would come in my room to check on me, and I would be playing with toys from the top shelf of the closet that I wouldn't have been able to reach myself. When they asked me how I got it down, I would just respond, "Susie gave it to me." I was also visited by my great grandmother two days after her funeral when I was 13. Plain as day, she walked into my room, pulled the covers up under my chin, kissed me on the forehead, then walked back out. My advice would be to help your child understand to embrace it. Teach her not to be afraid. I've never encountered anything aggressive, so I don't know how to handle those situations. I haven't had any direct interaction since my great grandmother, but I'm still very sensitive to the presence of entities.
You might have her tell the ghost that he is dead and he should move on . You can't always tell what kind of entity it really is. There are cross dressers in the spirit world that will disguise themselves as friendly beings when in reality they are just nasty parasites. Human spirits can also have an unhealthy attachment to people and are sometimes known to feed on their energy to maintain themselves which can impact a persons health in the long run. Doesn't have to be the case and sure it could be a cool ghost but since this involves a child we should consider the possible negative impacts just to be safe. As I stated in my first post she should let this guy know that he is dead ,and its time to move on. It is possable that he does not know that he is dead . If he gets mean you can use different methods to get rid of him . I agree, he does sound intelligent, he also seems to have thoughts revolving around scaring the girl and is concerned about how the Mother will react. In my experience beings that wish to instill fear in people are looking to feed on that emotion. It is possible that he is more concerned about not scaring the little girl accidently due to the child misinterpreting his actions and causing a ruckus in the household.
In reading the moms post again , I think she is saying that the ghost does not want to scare the kid . A lot does depend on the ghosts intentions . I still think the kid should tell the ghost it would be better if he does move on , or find out what keeps him earth bound . He told her he would keep them . This ghost may have a simular concern .
Maybe so, though I wonder why if the ghost had concerns outside of turkeys and scaring people, he wouldn't have communicated it already to the child that seems to clearly be able to talk to him? All we can do at this moment in time is speculate as to his intentions. Therefore I feel that caution is the best option here. Also after reading Mom's post again she specifically states "she said he doesn't like us" indicating that the ghost had relayed this information to the daughter. I agree that more should be learned as to his intentions and what he wants. He may very well need help and not be harmful but I think the focus should be on the safety of the child first and foremost.
More does need to be known about the life the ghost had . I was thinking more along the lines of. He had died in an acdent , the family moved out of the house . He did not know he was dead , went back to the house to find some one else .
Well there is that possibility and he comes back, goes mad with confusion, fragments, goes sour and parasitizes the living to remain here is another.
My granddaughter, she is 6, has had 3 "imaginary playmates" for at least 3 years now. Her parents think they are imaginary. I think they are quite real. They also have names and like azucenas daughter, she is sensitive to the other side. I've never discussed this with her I just let her be and allow her to be comfortable talking about it. Unknowing to her I have watched her interact with her "friends" and she is certainly the boss, if not bossy lol. She tells them in no uncertain terms that they are her toys or this is her space and they are guests lol. For some reason when she started going to school she refused to talk about them anymore, but once in awhile I overhear her speaking to them. This might not be any help, just saying this does happen
To Windy , I think I would have got more details on her playmates . As much as I could have got from a 6 yo. To see if these might of been real people or just imagined .
What I meant was , was the young girl talking to dead humans , or just people she made up. I think if you talked to her for a few minutes you could find out .
Thank you so much for the replies! I forgot to mention that she is only 3, so some concepts might be a little above her head. I dont get the feeling he is TRYING to scare her, I think, like rat said, that he used to live here and doesn't like the fact that we are living in his house.. I think I might try and make a trip to the local historical society and try to find out information about him, if there is any. In the meantime I will tell her to let him know to go to the white light. I did ask her if he died and she said yes.. Then went on to talk about her grandpa which is a whole other story but I'm mostly wondering if anyone can pick up anything on the boy. I did burn some white sage and ask for protection over everyone in the house yesterday, she hasn't talked about him since the other night but I have a feeling she will see him again.
If she does talk to him again , you might ask her to get his name , the time he lived in the house , others he lived there with , ect.
To Azucena , have your kid tell the ghost that some of his loved ones are wighting at the astral garden , its a kind of meet up area of the astral .
