Beer/wine/liquor

I'm drinking black label Steel Reserve, and it's warm. lol I went to the store to get it and they didn't have any in the refrigerator, so I had to take some un-refrigerated cans from the end of the aisle.

 

I couldnt decide between heavy seas loose cannon and the imperial stout. Then i noticed the variety pack had both. The other two in it was powder monkey which was ok and the pale ale which i thought would be the weak one but turns out it isnt pale at all and its 7percent abv. So there wasnt a bad one in the batch.

 

Bought this today. Sounds kind of gross, but interesting. Shall see...

The bottle is pink -- not the beer itself, FYI.

 

And yes, I did feel like a homo buying it.

i would buy that voodoo doughnut in a second if i saw it, i also would like to hear a mini review of it. as for myself i went crazy this saturday. being i was in the city i stocked up on quite a few beers.
got the old dominion variety pack, the espresso stout is good but not as good as others i have had in that style. currently drinking the farmhouse ale its better then i expected but its nothing special. the double ipa was the best of the bunch, a nice fruity flavor but the hoppyness is what makes it a good beer. also bought the maui brewing co.'s belgian stout. there are to many flavors going on in that thing, they should have just stuck with a chocolaty taste and it would be perfect. dont get me wrong its real good but not as good as their coconut porter. not even close. got a few beers in the fridge that were limited releases i will report them when i drink em. forgot what they were off the top of my head. also got a yeti beer from the great divide brewing co. and my usual when i get up to the local microbrewery. the rise up stout,, the lucky 7 porter,, and this time i added the incubator 2...which i got without even getting a sample so i will see if that was a wise decision.

 

redds apple ale.. piss water that taste like apples just a little, no head, dont even come close to being an ale.. its like a fucking whine- cooler.. me no likes.

 

I've been seeing that stuff a lot lately. They actually call it an ale? I figured it was just a typical hard cider.

 

I had some angry orchard cider over at my sisters last week. It was pretty good. I just don't see the appeal enough to buy it.

 

I see Stella Artois has a cider out now, too. It's called Cidre or something like that.

 

maybe mikes hard would be better,, this is like champagne /wine. very misleading,.. :I

I had a Torrey Pines IPA at a local brewery in a pizza place called Oggies.

I have. Supposed to be a sort of black and tan if I remember right. I also remember not being impressed at all
