In the still darkness of the night, when all the sun loving creatures are nestled in the cuddle huddles and the crickets sing their song of enchantment. The steady humming of primal rhythm is safe and warm. It lulls you into a mellow flow, trusting and yielding, relaxing and letting go.

The large bullfrogs on the edge of the pond, pipe in with their backup of baritone chorus lines, setting the pace like a big base drum. The old wise owl sits atop of a old oak tree, hooting in the distance adds dimension to the sounds of night music in perfect balance.

The full moon wains and make it's journey to the other side of the world, leaving behind reminiscences of chaotic mis-communication. On the shirt tails of rebirth we begin again, our cycle of continuation and evolution of mankind.

Peace within, Peace without, mercy and compassion, love and harmony with the earth and it's creatures and flora fauna. Our Spirits meet with joy and exhilaration, we embrace and give thanks for the union of hearts that gather together in celebration of life.

That happens to me when I write my poetry, it gets real hard when people just want me to write them a poem, because usually when I do they like it, but its not what they wanted

Good morning all. Great to see you here this morning hillbilly. I had a visit yesterday afternoon from a longtime dear friend who is going on 26 years being clean and sober.
He is the number 2 man in a vision of holistic treatment for mentel disorders. This vision is coming to light after 12 years of study. Their mission is to prove that drugs are not the way to help people.Anyway a group of scientist in San Diago have been
studying the mathmatics of the heart. They have found that the heart reacts toi everything befor the brain. This is a fact that can be backed up by machines that
measure the electrical current that runs through or bodies. They have found the
perfect bio rythem of bliss.This rythem is when all the organs in the body are in perfect harmony. Here is the important thing that I want to pass on. It is very heard to attain total harmony but the path to it must begin with GRADITUDE. I recently
posted that I was back on line with an addatude of gradatude. this was befor i spoke with my friend. My life seems to be flowing much smoother starting with a prayer
of graditude. Try it. It works for me even though it doesnt help my spelling.

hi mike a wise man told me once that it is an awful lot harder for a grateful alcoholic ta get drunk,than it is for a ungrateful one to.welldone! ta your friend one day at a time:2thumbsup:.we had a big 80th birthday party lately for one of our friends here.he is 50yrs sober now.i have learned so much from him.he is very wise to.

as to your friend being sober, that is very good for him. Personally I believe healthy indulgence is okay as long as one does not become addicted to weed or alcohol.

Because there has been some medical benefits to both of them, a glass of wine a day is what a dr recommended for my grandfathers heart problem, but he wouldn't do it.

Hey Mike,

I am grateful to see you posting and smithing your words of merth and at times turmoil. Life it was it is, full of mystery and anticipation of what is around the corner. Thank you for your contributions. We are all grateful to have this time and this place to come together as brothers and sisters and share/show the love.

Drink from the loving cup and pass it around, it never runs dry and is always fresh and nourishing to the body mind and spirit. Love keeps us alive and forever young. It feeds and inspires others to nourish themselves and rejuvenate their consciousness in the shinning grace of loving and living light.

We are blessed to have and to hold what we chairish. We step beyond our own ego and expand our connection with our fellow man. We are evolving and growing in our attitudes and priorities.

We are all working on our shortcomings and are grateful not to be judged harshly for being too human. We learn as we grow and we grow as we learn. We are never too old to learn, and there is always room for growth aand redemption for past transgressions.

As most here, I have taken up the fight against evil and shadow seekers. I fight hard and I fight with conviction. I fight for justice for all ppl that are in harmony with the universal flow. That all ppl should be appraised for their character not their race religion or politics. All of that is man made and not from the universe.

There is no supreme 'color, religion, or political party'. There is only life, truth and honor. We are free thinkers and accept/respect others ideals and beliefs. Will will not, however, be bullied or intimidated into compromising our own convictions.

We are not for sale, but we can be rented Now that is just kind of an inside joke. We have 'hired' ourselves out for many event and participated in the happening that changed the hearts of humanity and brought their love forward as it is so fulfilling to pass it along. It's impossible to keep it to yourself, it is not something you can hid.

Our journey's have not yet ended and there is still much work to do. Our church it alive it is real, we are alive and we are real. We don't play mind games unless everyone wins. We close the door in the face of forces that only want to destroy us.

Love cannot be destroyed it can only be passed along. When love is love it not fade away..
