love it love it love it love it love it I lived on the streets for a while (it's shitty, avoid at all costs) and it was cold and wet and fucking miserable. After that I swore I would never ever complain about being too warm. And so far I never ever have. LOVE IT!
Much cooler down here today and no thunder storms, shame on both counts, still at least its a full moon so plenty of nutters still around....
...you're just saying that... (And I can categorically state that in the case of this particular poster... you're very wrong indeed.) (Oh, almost forgot: BWAHAHA n stuff) :daisy:
I'm glad it's not as hot as last summer. I enjoy hot weather but where I work it can get up to 30 degrees hotter than it is outside. 100 is one thing but 130 is a whole other story
I am just saying that! But no one on here has tried to run me over on my bike in the morning, that I'm aware of, but that's not always to do with the moon and the heat
lol give it time I'm sure they'll try. Weirdly there was some story on the news today about the cycles of the moon affecting people's sleeping, some scientific study had found people woke up more during full moons and it wasn't the extra light because they were sleeping in rooms without windows. Weird. And talking of weird, LetLovinTakeHold I can't cope with non C degree temps. I couldn't even SPELL Fahrenheit, let alone know what it means in heat terms. While I reckon my min preferred temp is about 25c my optimal is in the low 30s and I could be happy enough higher... if there was naff all that had to be done... but they said the temperature at track level during the paralympic champs on telly today was 40c - and they were doing the 1500m. It'd a killed me.
WOH JHC!! 50c+ ??!! Screw THAT. :sunny: Sometimes I need to just be grateful for where I am. (seriously though... i'd love to live somewhere the temps could hit that high, just for the hell of it)
Is there a greater way to win than by default? NO! haha, looks like the heatwave is long gone though, shame.
lol I seen you on a few threads GLENGLEN and have been working really hard not to give in to the temptation to bait you directly It would probably have been worse for you guys if you'd won the 3rd test - as the saying goes, it's the hope that kills ya.
