Child sex trade plaguing US’ Oregon

Certainly the black market of human trafficking happens globally.

But it's been statistically proven that States, and more specifically cities bordering the West and East coasts of the USA are destinations for human traffickers to drop and exchange their "cargo".

 

I remember hearing something like only about 1% of shipping containers entering the US are actually inspected. I wonder if that is part of the explanation.

 

I think that anything can be purchased in the United States. Including people.
