Looks like Washington found something productive for cops to do...

And all I'm saying is... I've dealt with the police. And it can cause a great bit of anxiety and cause people to often speak without thinking. I've looked back later and been like "shit!!"

I have, however, with the use of a lawyer, gotten my spouse's paraphanelia charge thrown out... based on this... an ambulance was called *by me*... the cops said to me... (while they were holding the door handle and getting ready to walk in) "we are going in, okay?" "uh, okay?"---I said.

They then dug threw the trash and found stuff UNDER TRASH and went to charge my husband.
With the use of a lawyer we got it thrown out because I wasn't really asked. But I still felt "okay" coming out of my mouth when I knew I should have said "no".... Luckily the state of PA was decent in realizing I wasn't asked in the form of a question- they worded it like I had no choice.
So my point is, the police are intimidating.

 

Shit, the cops are probably smoking with the rest of the crowd.

 

Yeah just where the taxpayers wants thier hard earned dollars going, paying the wages of cops standing around, dancing and giving lights...

in my head at the time (at one specific place where they had a huge event)...was just a surreal feeling "I'm rolling face and smoking a bowl and there are ten uniformed cops looking at me and dancing...wth?"

 

Shit... happened to me a day before new year's eve.
My tire blew out on my way home, i had been drinking patron and modelo's all night with the cooks from the bar/grill i frequent. Cops showed up as i was changing the tire. I refused blood tests and breathalizers, so i'll get off of it.

Either you have no idea what you are talking about.... or....where the hell do you live?
If you refuse in PA they just charge you with the highest tier (worst penalities) and the dmv adds on an extra 6 months of losing your license. You don't get off by doing that.
I know a guy who was SOBER who refused cause he hates cops...and he got the worst penalties..

I just think of Cops as regular people. Granted, alot of them were bullied as kids, but I have seen some who will uphold the Constitution. (But they'll make sure you know it first, which is still messed up.) They're allowed to lie to us, and they do millions of times a day, so don't believe anything they say as law, but ask for the actual law.

 

The lying thing. I do want to point out, they do that all the time. They have said to use numerous times "if you do this or if you say that you will not be charged" (examples- be honest with me, or go in the ambulance, whatever...)... and then if you do what they say, they charge you anyway. So, yes, do not believe them.

 

I'd rather cops do that, than harass people for smoking it, (like they do now.) I know the Law is totally absurd, and everything under the law is too. I believe in legalizing everything, and shrinking the federal government.

In illinois, refusal gets you an automatic year suspension. Also, without tests as evidence, you will beat a dui every time. It'll just cost you with lawyers. $3k and my charges and suspension will be gone before the year is up.
