Do you buy them or get from forest? I'd be too scared to prepare this shroom myself from ground up. Better know how to get rid of all the toxins.
I think you have to dry it! one of the most important steps. some nasty chemicals get destroyed in the drying process. after that you should make a tea out of it. trip out with high body load pee in a bottle and drink your pee again for a better less body load trip or pick the mush--- feed it to a reindeer ---- collect the pee ---- drink and trip out!
