I guess I should turn in my "Psychedelics User" card now......:(

Oh fuck that...I never have been, nor will I ever be a "DeadHead", so the reference just didn't ring with me.

Grateful dead family, what silliness :smilielol5:

Just to clarify, I don't place that much stock in the whole GDF thing, but as far as speculating goes that's the brand that's gone with all the WoW I've had in the last year which has all been pretty fantastic. I'll wait to try it before making any kind of qualitative judgement. That's just what the guy told me, and I take that at face value as a good sign just because so far I've had great experiences with "GDF WoW."

I remember reading about some "family" giving the members thumbprint doses. Was it this one or was that some other lsd family?

GDF is real but it's very romanticized. It's more like the bloods or crips. There are cells of people who make money selling drugs. They approach the business with an attitude like gangs and do not have the hippie values you hear about. Those people got old and the new generation really didn't see the point of not making money so you don't see the old people much. The name Grateful Dead is used to associate with the culture because they know hippies spend money.

Are they the only ones with drugs? no, but they probably have several people selling at many festivals and events. If you go to the right places you can meet people who openly admit to being a member. It's not a secret club, but your likely dealing with a low end pusher. I am sure important people keep their mouth shut.

I have had good WOW for years but I am not sure who makes it.

Got a random question. Anyone ever taken a low dose of that Nbome with mdma? a couple friends said they got some acid but odds are it might be some nbome and I was hoping take just a tiny amount like, 2/3 of a hit with 200 mg of molly but was wondering if anyone's mixed the two on here

Ok....so is there a family in Europe?
As far as I know the Grateful Dead were America exclusive...
But there are other lsd circles in the world.

How would you contact a family member if you were a member? (

I saw rolling chicks in the city... just walking around on E.....How would you approach that person.... Maybe like . Hi Im sorry .. you look familiar... Do you Know Molly?

    Would that work?

    yes/no

unbeknownst to many, i had a few puffs here and there in the year or so leading up to the "time i (re)started smoking weed". mostly during my visits to Maui.
when i "started" smoking weed, Mar 16, I had already gotten and gotten over the headcold when it all first started and had been having the congestion/hacking problems for 2 months or so.
at the first visit with the MD, I told her every health detail I could think of, including that i was partaking in herb. her only response to that was a mild scowl ;)

update to the whole story is that currently i think the problem is licked. i've been on 2 different antibotics since a week before departure for the Burn, i've been flushing my sinuses once a day minimum, and i'm feeling less symptomatic today than i have since the whole thing started at the beginning of the year.

hey voyage! have a good time at burning man? i was looking at some crazy pictures from it earlier. glad to hear your nose is doing better :)

i'd be really careful mixing NBOMe with anything. their safety profile is not very impressive...

maybe just do the MDMA if that's what your molly is

Depends a lot on the context, where are you, what kind of group of ladies is it, how old are they, how are they dressed, how are they behaving. But I imagine striking up a conversation with a person on MDMA is generally easier rather than harder :) be friendly, loving and genuine. Don't jump right into drug talk IMO, that would turn me right off and make me think "I'm not sober right now and this person is trying to score drugs from me, I'm not in a good frame of mind to decide whether this is bait or not, so I will err on caution and deny them". But that's just how I think, I am extremely cautious. Other people give out LSD hits at DMV lines it seems :D

There are people who produce LSD for the European market, but as far as I know that's a separate group from GDF. LSD networks are notoriously hard to infiltrate. You are dealing with smart people with legit connections not common street dealers, it's the only way they can do it. For example one of the few busts ever involved a guy who was a Harvard professor on a drug policy council. They can hide right under your nose.

    Ok...
I wrote this! (stoned after a fight or flight reflex buzz (fights)):

lsd opens up the world in layers:

like the crystal opens up the light.
Colors only exist inside the mind.
reality is made of pure white light
    ..........................................................................
This is what we see! This is the first illumination! How many of you have gone there? (PLEASE ANSWER IF YOU KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT) it looks like the light in the tunnel.

    Anyone else saw IT?

    The signal flow of reality:

Energy enters the organ ----- the organ converts the energy ----- the signal enters the brain ----- the brain breaks down the signal, the signal gets filtered ----- the filters create reality.

Neurotransmitters control the filter gates. Opening or closing them.

I may as well add a random thought I was thinking about today after responding to a Salvia Divinorum thread...

It is pertaining to laughter on Salvia and this is what I wrote...

Channeling my inner Mckenna, it got me to thinking as to what purpose(s) laughter may have served in primitive man.

Today we can see laughter as the proverbial best medicine, we can use laughter to heighten some of our proudest moments or use laughter to cope with some of our follies and everything in between but I see a lot of how we utilize laughter as being culturally reinforced. An example of this can be how often people will say "British humor has a different style than American humor" or something to similar effect. It got me thinking what purpose(s) laughter may have possibly served in a much more primitive era with minimal language structures...

I also wonder if there has been anthropological observations on the function of laughter in tribal cultures compared to industrialized cultures.

when you wrote that, i was thinking about my first salvia trip. I sort of laughed a bit, almost as you described, it was involuntary and seemed to come from no where.
at the time i ascribed it to the reflex to chuckle when feeling nervous or apprehensive, sort of like sitting strapped into an amusement ride not knowing exactly how you're going to launch but knowing you are going to launch.
