whichever one purple haze is. dont know how to tell the difference.

lately i gotta admit, my favorite bud has been purp. even over some of the other good buds like green crack and kush, would still take purple weed that gives you a real good purple high.

infact im smoking some granddady purp right now.

"haze" is a sativa, anything called haze should have some sativa in it.
i'm partial to sativas as well. good for working. :sunny:

have you guys ever tried/heard of Cannatonic?
not sure if it's a local strain or what, but the ratio of CBD> THC is crazy.
The dispensary often has it with like 12%-16% CBD and only 4%-5% THC. It's supposed to be GREAT for pain. Haven't tried it yet though.
I believe it is derived from a sativa strain.

Title 21 United States Code (USC) Controlled Substances Act

    Section 802

"(16) The term "marihuana" means all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa L., whether growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of such plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such plant, its seeds or resin. Such term does not include the mature stalks of such plant, fiber produced from such stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of such plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil, or cake, or the sterilized seed of such plant which is incapable of germination."

I see no mention of INDICA.. loophole

I'm pretty sure that cannabis is named Cannabis Sativa. Then within that species you can find Indica, Sativa and Ruderalis.

But either way, most strains are hybrids, so you'd have a hard time getting anywhere on the Sativa only clause. :2thumbsup:

    Sativa usually.

I like pure Indica (not a hybrid) once in a while though. It gets you stoned

I have heard this before but I am sure they would get you for not having the tax stamp even if you found a judge who bought the difference between indica and sativa. That is what it is coming to in Colorado, you can have it but the government is going to get their cut. They are proposing 30% sales tax, at that rate I'll be growing my own.

look up 'land race' strains of bud. those are more true to pure strains, if we are on the same page.

as to the thread, i prefer sativa over indica.

I really love the sativa, however a good mix with sativa weed and a nice indica hash is awsome.

after growing and smoking for a good while now.....i usually only smoke hash from hybrids, 9 times out of 10 a sativa leaning hybrid........as far as smoking bud goes, they each have their place and time in my opinion.....so i guess i would have to say i like both equally.
