Ha, the healthy eating gods were trying to get you to see the error of your ways. I think throwing up for a week would make anyone a little loopy. I wonder if the migraine was the result of the dehydration and malnutrition.
I meant from McDonalds.... They probably use some old powdered latte mix that was mixed up last week.
Migraine started after a day of being sick. I think it probably was from losing all nutrition and fluids. We get imitrex shots for migraines... 6 a week and I went through all of them in two days. I never had a migraine as bad as I had. Honestly I don't think I could survive what I just went through again. And yes... No more fast food! Geeeezus. No more.
Why did this thread just make me hungry? And AT, I know it's your business. I was just trying to explain that h doesn't make people all fucked up like they were thinking.
I can relate to being screwed up from "fake foods". I ate this japanese ramen and started puking for a week with everything I ate, then started fasting for a week to set me back on balance. When you eat healthy for awhile you really can't go back to eating junk. My body can no longer handle gluten, although I was sick from it for years and never knew it, it was like warning sickness and doable, at this point...if I eat that stuff I am in the bathroom and horribly sick. However, eating healthy means I don't get headaches, nausea or even sniffly noses at all, of course I get all that to the nth degree if I go eat something crap...I can't even imagine what Mickey D's would do to me! I feel for you AT.
I remember one of my best friends got really sick from Mcdonalds once. we stopped and got some late night food after a show once and she puked for like 2 days after that. She's actually been a vegetarian for a few years now and if I remember correctly that was the very last time she ever ate meat. Anyways....have a good vacation AT, glad you feel better!
