It doesn't exactly require a PHD to read. You remind me of Steven Fry a little bit. Just even more bizarre.

You remind me of Jim Davidson/Roy chubby brown - well, any desperate working men's club 'comedian'...

What is 'rancid' about my behaviour?
    What 'problem' do I have?

Oh boo hoo hoo. Excuse me while I put on a dress and pretend to be Eddie Izzard... and make some mildly amusing observations about foie gras and the price of butt plugs.

Jim's a good bloke, always nice when I've spoken to him. And I'm sorry you find a Geordie too vulgar for you. I wasn't aware that Leicester was actually a district in the Home Counties...

If you hate British "working mens club humour" as you put it, why don't you move to Brighton or somewhere?

And I think "desperate" is talking about crawling under rocks and writing the word pointless 16 times. You really have some issues..

What problem do you have? Hmm, well lets take Steven Fry (somebody plleeeeaaase take Steven Fry). He spends all days comparing other democracies to Nazism. Then he contemplates the decisions he's made in his own life... and decides he wants to kill himself. Rather than spending his whole life expressing fanaticism to others, any normal person would realise its HIMSELF that he needs to sort out...

Doubtless that one will be lost on you tho... The irony eh..!

Makes me think of this article:-

    http://chalcedon.edu/research/articles/gay-activists-threaten-violence/

My friend was the victim of some gay burglars once.
    The furniture got rearranged.

And a quiche was left in the oven..

(PS before someone starts crying, that joke was told on TV by a homosexual comedian. The one with the funny teeth, Alan Whatshisname).

    What does this mean?

    What smokescreen?

    In what way?

You know this for a fact? So, what relevance is this?

'Far righter' / 'pro-immigration'? really? makes no sense.
What does: ' smokescreen of equality' mean?

It would help if Russia was banning transgender operations or anybody in Russia was 'promoting' it. Get your politics/facts right first...

Really? Where do they 'slowly become' him?

The worst G pro' I have ever seen...

Turned 'gay' watching the above video? *chuckle* If you say so...

    Yeah, turned me gay o_O
    This is just crass...

No real point to this story, imho.

    Lol...

We are supposed to be talking about GLOBAL homosexual population control....

The kinda attitude I'm talkin' about right there...

What has this got to do with me?

    (PS - it's Stephen Fry)

    Tru Dat...

I'm sure he is. He just has a very out-dated view of the world, or projects that to gain 'respect' from people such as yourself.

Now...If I can remember what I wanted to comment on...

Pressed Rat you say that women and young boys are being exposed to estrogen. I'm not following everything you're saying. Aren't men and young boys also being exposed to the same amount? I'm thinking something along the lines of wouldn't everyone across the board be turning more effeminate? I don't know. You explain it to me first and then I'll comment.

ImNotAMan, I don't know you so I have to ask are you male? If so are you straight? If so, is there any amount of advertising or entertainment that could turn you gay?

I don't think being feminine equates to being gay but I do think males who are more feminine are more likely to grow up with a fluid definition of sexuality. I tend to think of sexuality as a spectrum rather than a black or white duality.

I'm probably missing something but I don't see where you are going with the whole PR not having any children thing..

    of course not

I've read the 'contaminants' are more likely to make men sterile than 'feminise' them. I think an issue - in certain areas - of 'intersex'ing of fishes has created some myth that the same thing will (or is going to) happen to men. Well, that might be a little bit of a leap even for those people, so instead a change is more subtle - so it's 'feminising' of males. Then 'feminising' turns to homosexuality, obviously.

What studies have you read that my drinking water or your drinking water has high levels of estrogen in it? And what study (or studies) have you read that our water is turning males more feminine?

I thought this issue was fairly recent, but obviously for the effects to have taken place it must have been occuring for many generations...

I just can't fathom that large populations have been drinking contaminated water and this has been turning more babies>boys>men homosexual.
All this is based on an unsubstantiated claim that there are more gay people now! Where is the evidence for that?

Also, do you buy into the claim this is orchestrated?

Has the population leveled out recently or is it decreasing? Erm, not that I can see.

    http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2012/jun/02/water-system-toxic-contraceptive-pill

I was probably insinuating something or other - never mind

I read an article a few years ago that said it was the first year that the population of europe went down. France was by far the biggest drop in population that year. That article said nothing about gays but my friend insisted that the increase in gays there is why.

I'd be willing to be that the reason is something more like the economy.

I don't think he discounts that - just wishes to throw in his friends opinion rather than his own - for some reason.

i never gave it much though, this is a thread about gays and population which was on topic with my friends opinion. there is no question the more well off countries generally speaking have lower birth rates. but enough for the population to go down? there has to be more to it.' now i had said earlier that i dont think there are more gays just more open gays, so how can i say that is the reason i think the pop. went down.

if your going to keep poking for an answer from me then i will say people are getting annoyed with the little buggers so they stop having them as often.

I have thought about this issue before. Could it be because the population has reached it's carrying capacity and procreation not needed anymore.

I mean, it used to be a survival instinct to have kids but now that there are over 7 billion people maybe we don't have so much of a desire to have straight sex. It could even be dangerous now, what with the dwindling supplies.

Natures answer to a growing problem?

I am not sure why there is an assumption that gays can't procreate.
There is a lot of stereotyping going on in this thread. Not only about procreation.

I'm really sorry, I didn't mean any offence to anyone. I'm bi myself so I'm not homophobic at all.

    I was just theorising.

I know homosexuals of both sexes can bring up children, of course.
