Faelixx- I think it is possible to full-stop the sweating, but it does serve a purpose. Have you brought it up to a doctor? Sometimes my eyes leak at night. I wake up feeling like I'm drowning. Not cool.

In the summer yes.

So apparently my grandmother on my father's side is about to die. That means being pressured to go to Kansas for a funeral. I am not close at all with them, the family is white trash. Seriously my dad and one sister are the only ones who are not losers. For example I have one uncle who did some time for attempted murder when the car bomb he rigged did not go off. I have a cousin who robbed his school's computer lab. The list goes on an on.

I really did not have a relationship with the women. The only time I talked to her was at Christmas or sometime when my father would call and maybe I am on the phone with her for a few minutes. But she would never know who I was. It's a Catholic family and everyone over the age of 14 has several kids. No one in the family knows me. They have never liked that my father married a Protestant so they gave my mom allot of shit. Overall growing up they were just not a part of my life. So I don't really feel like I belong at the funeral. Especially considering all the time and money it takes to go to Kansas.

 

i'm happy that it looks like it will rain soon, makes me feel better about being stuck inside doing homework all day.

 

its something you only have to do once, per death. you go, you make small talk, but mostly keep your mouth shut, and when you get home you be grateful you dont have to deal with that every day. you do it to support your dad.

 

yeah, if your dad wants you to go, you should do your best to go for him. nobody has to know that you're not there for her.
