Oh, I hate plenty of other celebrities, too, it's just that Paris Hilton has even less to offer than most other ones as far as talent or whatever. I can't see why we're supposed to be fascinated simply by her existence!!!

I really don't hate many other celebrities. Because I can't think of another celeb that didn't finish school purley because she knew she didn't have to, she can't sing or dance or act (I've never even seen her little simple life show- but it's a reality thing so it's not really acting) all she is famous for is money. oh yeah and her porn films. I guess she disgusts me so much because she can say racial slurs and get away with it and this girl is a role model for young teens. If I had a little sister, I wouldn't want her looking up to paris
I think Nicole is far more obscene than Paris. one thing though, how Paris, how that woman actually does runway is above and beyond me. Its very simple really. In modern america htis is the way fame works. you are famous for being famous. no longer do you become famous for being in movies or doing great things, you gain fame simply for being famous.
A school that they wanted to film in wouldn't let them. THey said that they didn't want a porn star and a former herion addict in the school as role models.
You know what i found quite amusing about The Simple life so far the second time around, is that when she fell of the horse, EVERYONE was like "OMG SHE FELL OFF!" *rush rush rush* then they rush her to a hospital. She comes out afterwards looking all worn out an shit and shes like "I've been riding horses all my life, this has never happend to me before" LOL. Does anyone find anything wrong with this??? And then the spokes person for Paris said that if paris gets hurt we'll fly her off to the hospital to get fully checked out blah blah blah. BUT what i really found amusing is the fact that when Nicole stuck a pot in the microwave the crew didnt try to stop her, what if that had of blowen up? I dont think she'd be able to come out of a hospital and say "I've been sticking pots in microwaves all my life, this has never happend to me before" LOL. What she did was probably WAY more dangerous then Paris falling off a fucking horse. I just find that weird, thats all.

I think the whole celebrity (wichever list they are on).. just fills the vacume of dead space that the media needs to fil ..They can't be bothered or the public intrest in anything of any substance would not satisfy the masses for very long. Like with the current out pouring of grief and money , given to the victims of the tsunami .. that will be moved down the lisyt of stuff we see on the TV. They should not be seen as role models ?? no 'celebrity' should.. even if they do good things ..
