Ok, maybe this thing has been engaged (or faced? Which is the right verb?) so many times before...
But this time I would like to know about the women who became your wives or at least long-time girlfriends (better if cohabitees).

And what about if these women have been your only partners (so far)? It's getting harder, isn't it?

    Obviously women can also reply!

My wife was a virgin until our wedding night & so were I. She was the only girlfriend I'd had when we met. But I did have friends who were girls before her.

I don't believe in virginity before marriage, but I respect every opinion about it! ;)

You know what they say in Alabama, "Never marry a virgin because if she aint good enough for her family she aint good enough for you."

On the surface, the ideal of a woman saving herself for marriage sounds like a good one. The biggest problem, though, is when her new husband has invested so much of his reason for marrying her in the belief that he will be the first (and only) man to fuck her. Then if he learns, or even suspects, that some other guy has fucked her before him, his whole world comes crumbling down. I know, because that is exactly what happened to me.

When my first wife threw it up to me that she had given fucks to several other guys before me, it created a crisis for me of huge proportions.

I am glad to say that I was finally able to accept the fact that she had been fucked by other guys, and that it didn't have to completely ruin our marriage. But, the only way I was able to finally come to terms with the reality of the situation (and here is where I will be harshly criticized) was to use this fact as a vital part of my relationship with her. I could no longer value her because she was "mine "exclusively. I had to factor in the undeniable fact that other men had taken their sexual pleasure from her naked body. But, I was also able to convince myself, after much inner-conflict, that that fact did not have to take away from my relationship with her. It was then that I was able to say to myself, although without actual words, "So what, if other guys have fucked her! That just makes me want fuck her more!"

And from that moment on, I used this "knowledge" as a part of my fuck-relationship with her. Even as I was fucking her, I would hear my own voice, inside my head, saying "Fuck her guys! Fuck my wife."

Can any other guy on this site understand what I am saying, or relate to the process that I was forced to go through?

I take the opposite view & prefer a woman to be experienced.

Although I have never been afforded the privilege of taking a girl's virginity, even the idea of it would make me feel guilty about taking something from her that can never be redeemed.

Today, I'm like Pineman. I do prefer for a woman to be experienced. If the most beautiful woman in the world were to come to me and say "I'm still a virgin! Will you be the one to take my virginity?" I would have to answer, with complete honesty, "Sorry, Lady! I can't do it! Go find at least six other guys and let them fuck you, then come to me again and I'll be glad to fuck you! I might even want to marry you!"

It is great to be on the side of loving to fuck experienced women (WIVES!) rather than agonizing about the fact that some other guy had fucked her before you!

My husband and I have been together since high school so we were both virgins. We certainly didn't wait until our wedding night though. I think we maybe held off 3 months from when we started dating to actually have sex. We were doing plenty of other stuff before that though. Like I said, we were still teenagers so it seemed like a really big deal at the time.

I was my wife's first lover. I was a few years older, so had a few lovers before her. She always threw that up to me. Once I was required to travel, because of my job. We decided to see other people. She was just out of high school, and we had only lived together a few months. But I never had to encourage her to do anything. It was her idea to rule out co-workers and our current friends. I was able to share, her first experiences. From her first bi with another girl, to our first swing party.

The first three women I fucked were all virgins before they met me. (I don't want that to sound like bragging; that's just the way it was.) The third woman in that list is my wife and we've been together for over 34 years now.

The first girlfriend was an east coast/west coast relationship. We were only together during my business trips back east. We only fucked for 3 nights one weekend and that was it.

Girlfriend #2 was in college. We started fucking about 2-3 weeks after we met, and it lasted for the entire school year. (She always amazed me in that, once she got a taste for sex, it was like heroin for her; she couldn't get enough. Some days it seemed like my cock never had a chance to dry off!)

My wife and I started fucking the night I proposed to her (two years before we actually got married.) I was her first and she didn't get to try another guy until about six years after we got married (but that's another story.) Since our engagement, I've never had sex with any woman other than my wife.

So, all I've ever had were virgins. I'd like the chance to spend a few nights (or more) with a woman who's had multiple guys before me, just to experience the difference (if any.)

I am one of those guys who has never fucked a virgin, so I don't really know how it would be. Every Pussy that has been "mine" for once or for several years, was previously enjoyed by several other men.

I do believe there is a greater chance of happiness in a marriage if both parties are completely honest and open about their sexual pasts. I believe that a man, hoping to marry a particular woman, has the right to ask "So, how many other guys have fucked You?" He might also ask questions about cock-sucking, etc.

He has the right to ask, but she has the right not to answer. Here's what a potential partner needs to know about me. I am nowhere near virginal. I know what I want from sexual encounters because of my past experiences. I am good at reading a partner's desires in his or her body language because of my past experience. Still, every encounter is a new experience, and I'm open to guidance. I have no social diseases nor infections, and never have had. I typically employ safer-sex practices, and when I don't want to, I insist on monogamy and testing. I prefer monogamy, but am not opposed to other arrangements. I will NOT under any circumstances discuss how many partners I have ever had, partially because I don't know, but mostly because that's no one's business but my own. I will, however, discuss how many partners I have currently and within the last six months, when the last time I had sexual contact was, and precisely what safer-sex methods were used in the last six months. But that's it. I belong only to myself. No partner, not even my husband, owns me. I don't owe him anything on this topic beyond what I just said. It is irrelevant to anything to do with him.

I was a 22 year old virgin. People were like why do you always tell people that. I thought it would get me respect and praise, to dovetail with how guys get praise for sleeping around. Nobody cared. I got burned. Nobody cared. They said what do you expect, guys are like that. I became jaded and was severely depressed. So I went back to being a freak like I was originally in middle school. Things have never been better.

Samantha, I'm impressed that you kept your virginity until you reached 22. While (IMHO) there's nothing wrong with becoming sexually active earlier than that, I think that you showed uncommon restraint and self-control.

Your friends are right about guys being "like that", but I would amend the statement to "a lot of guys" rather than painting every man with that brush. Ridiculous as it may sound, I sometimes think there should be a rule that only men over 30 (maybe 35) are allowed to take a woman's virginity, based on my assumption that an older man is more likely to be a more considerate lover than some young guy who just wants to get his rocks off (which I very much was at that age, I'm sorry to say.)

Personally I respect most any kind of beliefs including but I myself chose not to wait until marriage to de-virgin-ize myself nor did I choose to marry a virgin. Even if my wife hadn’t ever had sex before I met her I would have wanted to have sex with her prior. And I’ll take it a step further too, when it comes to the topic of our kids, my wife and I both agree that they should live with the person they want to marry for a good year or so before sealing the deal. Cause you learn an awful lot in that year…

I just think there’s so much you learn from being intimate with someone and living with them and many of those things could turn out to be major issues if found out later on after you’ve said “I DO.”
