Have you tried tensing your muscles (such as pelvic exercises) to strengthen the muscles down there? I know during sex the feeling of needing to go can be present but maybe the solution is really obvious... please let us know if any of the advice helps!

yeah I've always thought anal sex might create issues like that.

In all seriousness, work the sphincter muscles like you would do with vaginal muscles during kegals. Although I'm sure OP was just another one thread wonder with a sex question.

    Moving along now.

OP, seriously this kind of a topic isn't very common that I know of and you're not going to get any serious answers out of us clowns as none of us really know. My advice would be to go see your doctor and start from there. It could be you have an intestinal issue going on or a possible issue with your sphincter, who knows. I don't think that just because you had anal sex a few times that you are now forever stretched out, but it could be that you did tear something or opened up a fissure or something perhaps. Again I could guess all day long, you really need to go see your doctor.

    Good luck
