    Hi,
    I'm an engineer and my wife is a trauma nurse.

    We built our own house on 5 acres in Squaw Valley CA but then the feds took it from us (long depressing story). That will never happen again.

    We want to do it again. We have the tools, the skills, the experience, and the gumption. What we do not have is the land.

    We're looking for a group of like-minded to join.

    Have you thought about the federal programs where they let you buy a property for no money down. I'm interested in a communal living situation with peaceful earth loving people. There are many ways to attain the goal.
