    All quite true but I was looking more for what purity actually is not the definitions of it. Perhaps I should expound.

    What do we define as being pure or having purity? Is it a concept outside of simple human understanding or do we define it?

    We define it, hence the posting of the various definitions.

    You keep asking if this or that is outside of human understanding or rather "simple human understanding" whatever that is, yet you fail to recognize one key factor;
    No concepts are outside of human understanding because humans have created any and all concepts you may want to consider in this thread.

    I guessing maybe you need to rethink your general approach. :2thumbsup:

    What I am seeking is the understanding of things that are not reliant upon humanity to be.

    Yeah, but that's kinda like a puppy chasing his own tail, it might be fun and exercising, but are ya really gonna accomplish much?

    What things are requiring understanding that are not reliant on humanity?

    Without our ability to remember the past, ascertain the present and project into the future, there is nothing needing understanding. The need for understanding only exists because we do perceive past, present, future and have the cognitive ability to ask questions such as the one you ask.

    It feels as if you want to leave out the human component, but that is nigh onto impossible.

    Heisenberg uncertainty principle or Schrodinger cat, take you pick.

    Actually there is also the non-local and non-separable causality to consider for a third alternative.
