I hike the Khao Luang mountain behind my school every day after work, ride my "galloper" invention morning and evening,
do pulls ups on laundry rack bars, spaced 4 feet apart..hanging from the bars extends my arms to the side.

Galloper invention makes me so strong/limber I no longer have to anything else,
although I used to lift weights, swim, do stretches, etc..galloper device is fun and effortless, get twice the results without even trying

It IS better to run four-footed!
I move like the wind up steep mountains and down at a jogging speed with little to no effort, letting my weight power me.
I lightly touch the ground every 6 feet..no weight on knees or ankles, but even a few minutes use makes my abs hard and my spine limber.:2thumbsup:

Lifted today finally after a ten day break. Got 275 up five times on bench (got seven last time) so I didn't lose that much strength

It was unseasonably warm here today, so I took a seven mile walk. It was nice to get outside and breathe some fresh air. I've had a lot on my mind lately and it helped clear my head.

I walked in shorts and a T-shirt this afternoon, but it wasn't quite seven miles.

Yesterday morning I went galloping on the rooftop porch at 5 a.m.

then drove my motorbike 15 km to the Khao Luang National Park
and "galloped" straight up steep mountain trail
(using my "galloper" device that lets me run 4-footed without effort, even carrying heavy packpack),
    that climbs up behind
Rajaphat University's huge gold Buddha statue for two hours, until the trail ran out

then came down to the valley and went birding for another 3 hours, circling Rajbhat campus to photograph birds until sunburned.

Then I drove home, carried my equipment 4 flights up,
drove across Nakhon and went shopping, came home and
carried heavy bags 4 flights up,
then walked to the Muslim night market and

bought some cool handmade stuff, carried it 4 flights up,
then went galloping around the upstairs porches late at night.

Did pull-ups on "parallel bars" laundry rack, in rooftop drying room.

It was super beautiful here too today. I just ran outside with my kids at a park. I hope it's nice tomorrow too because it was a busy day and I wanna do a trail walk that we didn't do today.
