me and my gf are exchanging gifts today, then i have a 'christmas' tomorrow with my mom and that side of the family, and then the next day with my dad and that side of the family, 3 days of christmas... wooo..

3 days of christmas would have been the most awesome thing in the world when i was little, but now its kind of exhausting lol i wonder how people get through hanukkah...

 

Yeah. We've got Xmas eve dinner with my gf's family tomorrow night. Then it's Xmas morning at our place on Xmas. Then after that we do breakfast at her aunts. After that we run to my parents for more gift exchanging and Xmas dinner. Then we run to any other relatives we missed. Then the day after Xmas is my gf's birthday. It's tiring but good to see everyone.

someone who had booked off christmas eve no longer needs it off, so my wife can take the day off tomorrow now! we get to leave in the morning and get there with lots of time instead of leaving right after she finishes work and risking missing dinner.

 

So someone randomly decided, I don't need Xmas eve off, I might go and work?

We have 3 days of Christmas too. We used to have 4 but I stopped going to one of them about 5 years ago because they are assholes and I chose to remove myself from the situation. We had one yesterday. One tomorrow and the last on Christmas day.

Christmas eve with my family and a pop in with some of the girlfriends too. I got her a Ipad and a gift card for a spa. I have no idea what sort of lady things they do but I am sure she does.

The charity's around here always get allot of little kid's toys but nothing for older kids. So I try to find the 13 year old on the tree that asked for a Xbox game or something that you know no one will buy.

 

why would someone ignore you for 6 months...not even phone...and then send a christmas card?...

i think ill set it aside and not even open it

many don't celebrate xmas....if I did not I would work ....full timers in Canada don't get paid for holidays less they show up day before and the day after said holidays if its a reg scheduled shift

I personally had a grat night catching up with some of our families OLD family friends, my people knew them before I was even a twinkle im my mums eye. Had few pints at the pub, went for fish and chips before that. CRAZY ass rain and starting to flood down here in west country of England.

Got to chill with their daughter, who had leukemia when she was 13 or so and now she like 25. she has lead crazy life from what i heard, she survived while all others that were getting treated with her passed, i guess she felt guilty, and has been living her life for ALL of those people. some extreme crazy shit. she actually seems like a real cool HIP girl, more so than i already knew. She has a real nice tat on her wrist that says enlightened. she has caravan that says on window "its not where you are going, its how you get there" gonna hit her up, away from parents and whatever see if she tokes and trips and stuff

Night ended poorly, with my brother getting mad at me for telling him to take his wet boots off before stepping on grandmas carpet, shit escalated, he said, "i would be happy if hahaha04 was dead" which is some awful shit i personally think. like talk all kinds of shit, but dont wish your ONLY brother dead. like wtf, he is often on jock high school senior ego trip, puffing his chest out and shit, he probably stronger than me, and i never wanna have to fight him again, but in past he has tried to fuck me up, and i have had to use some quick kicks and jabs and DROPPED him numerous times,. never want to again
